I was seeing the same thing from my library--when I search the PubMed

site, and import citations from PubMed, I do not get full text through

OpenURL linking, unless I delete the ISBN parameter.

However, I could search PubMed from within EndNote using the PubMed

connection file and (for the record that I tried) the resulting record

did not include the ISBN or ISSN fields (in EndNote version 9) and I

*could* access the full text through the OpenURL link.
